What is a credit?
Credits are how usage is counted: one balance covers every model, voice, and tool. A typical chat reply costs about 1 credit on MiMo V2.6 Flash and about 3 on DeepSeek Flash, the default model; the largest models cost about 20 to 40. Speech-to-text is 3 credits a minute, and Realtime voice starts at about 45 credits a minute. Charges are exact, and the same usage costs the same credits on every plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each plan grants its credits at the start of every monthly period. Annual plans also receive their credits month by month. Enterprise plans have unlimited credits.
Who pays for widget, messaging, and API usage?
The assistant owner. Signed-in users of the web app pay for their own chats, voice sessions, scheduled tasks, and devices from their own balance.
Which plan do I need for the website widget or the Developer API?
Pro. The website widget, custom domains, and the Developer API start on Pro; white labeling is an Enterprise feature. Zalo OA and the other messaging channels, tools, MCP, every model, and voice are on every plan, including Free.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in Vietnamese dong from the admin panel. US-dollar prices are shown for reference. Yearly billing saves up to 20% compared with paying monthly.
What happens when credits run out?
Web app chats and voice sessions pause for that user, and widget, messaging, and API replies pause until the owner's balance is refilled. Upgrade the plan, or wait for the next monthly period.
